Cancellation / No Show Policy

We request that you please reschedule/cancel your reserved service(s) with at least 24 hours’ notice so that we can accommodate other guests. Multiple cancellations/no shows without proper notice will require a credit card to be held on file for your appointment and can also result in the revoking of online booking privileges.

Late Arrival Policy

If, for any reason you are expecting to be late for your scheduled appointment, please call us at (281-359-3330). If you are late, it will be at the stylist’s discretion if they are able to provide the service at that time.

Return Policy

Product returns will be accepted within 14 days from the original date of service with minimal product used.

Child/Guest Policy

At Sanké Hairdressers, we welcome your children during their scheduled appointment time. Our environment is not child-safe and therefore we ask that you keep your child with you at all times if they must come with you. They are not to be left alone in the reception area or unsupervised at a salon chair.

Please refrain from bringing additional guests with you to your appointment.

Sanké Hairdressers stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible and reserves the right to refuse service if this policy is not followed.

Silent mode or headphones.
