Cancellation / No Shows
We request that you please reschedule/cancel your reserved service(s) with at least 24 hours’ notice so that we can accommodate other guests. Multiple cancellations/no-shows without proper notice will require a credit card to be held on file for your appointment and can also result in the revoking of online booking privileges.
Late Arrivals
If, for any reason you are expecting to be late for your scheduled appointment, please call us at (281-359-3330). If you are late, it will be at the stylist’s discretion if they are able to provide the service at that time.
Returns / Exchanges
All services are non-refundable. We will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge with the original stylist within 10 days of being notified that you are unhappy. Product refunds/returns will be accepted within 7 days from the original purchase with minimal product used.
Children
As much as we love your children, it is important to understand that inside our building we are working with chemicals, sharp objects, and hot instruments. With this said, we would kindly request that you do not bring children that will be unattended during your services. We would also request that you understand children are not allowed on the salon floor unless they are receiving services and have parental oversight.
Guests
Please refrain from bringing additional guests with you to your appointment. Sanke Hairdressers stylists and staff are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible and reserves the right to refuse service if this policy is not followed.
Method of Payment
We accept cash, checks, Apple Pay and all forms of credit cards.

Silent mode or headphones, please.
