Sanké Hairdressers guarantees all of our work. If you are not happy with your results, we will make it right – at no additional cost to you. There are no refunds for services received. Retail may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

We know things come up – please try to give 48 hours notice when cancelling a reservation so that we may refill your service provider’s time.

With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented an updated cancellation policy. We request that you please reschedule/cancel your reserved service(s) with at least 24 hours notice so that we can accommodate other guests. Multiple cancellations/no-shows without proper notice will require a credit card to be held on file for your appointment and can also result in the revoking of online booking privileges.
